The indefatigable John Turner turns 80 this year - but you would never know! He is as lively and energetic as ever. Concert to include Elis Pehkonen’s hauntingly beautiful dramatic scena ‘The Alabaster Box’, and John Joubert’s ‘Remember’.
Concert Diary
Lesley-Jane’s concert diary has always exhibited an eclectic mix of engagements, serving to demonstrate her wide-ranging vocal skills and the enormous variety of musical styles she undertakes.
Post lockdown, concert bookings have been fewer (not least as several conductors chose to retire after the pandemic), but her diary still elicits a mixed palette, and she continues to receive favourable reviews:
